1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of morpankh.store and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Morpankh is operated from Nadiad, Gujarat, India.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Since many of our pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, embroidery placement, and print may occur between the product photograph and the piece you receive — this is a natural feature of handwork, not a defect.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will contact you before proceeding.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders can be paid for online (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) via Razorpay, or by Cash on Delivery where available for your pincode and order value. An order is confirmed once payment is received (for online payments) or once placed (for Cash on Delivery).

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where an item is found to be out of stock after the order was placed — in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping

We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days and Express delivery 2–3 business days from dispatch, depending on your pincode's serviceability. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.

We also ship to the United States and European countries. International orders are arranged directly with our team (see our Shipping & Delivery page) rather than through the online checkout — the shipping cost and estimated delivery window are confirmed with you before payment. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Unworn items with tags and original packaging intact can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-order and altered bridal pieces, and items marked final sale, are not eligible for return. To start a return, contact us at support@morpankh.store with your order number.

Refunds for eligible returns are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product photography, text, and the Morpankh name and logo — is the property of Morpankh and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Morpankh is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or a delay in delivery caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat.
