1. Eligibility

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We try to ensure product images, descriptions, and prices are accurate. Since our sarees and kurta sets are handcrafted, there may be minor variations in colour, print placement, or embroidery between the photo and the piece you receive — this is a natural feature of handwoven/handcrafted fabric, not a defect.
• In case of a genuine pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is complete only when we confirm/ship your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or errors in pricing/product information.

4. Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — photographs, designs, logos, text, and the Morpankh name — is owned by Morpankh and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful code, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Morpankh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or delayed/failed delivery due to causes beyond our reasonable control (courier delays, natural events, strikes, etc.).

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nadiad/Kheda, Gujarat.
