When you browse Morpankh, place an order, or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and order history. If you create an account, we also store your login credentials (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text).

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or net banking details — all online payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, under their own security and PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed — to keep the site secure and understand how it's used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order and shipping updates (by email, SMS or WhatsApp), respond to your queries, and — only if you've opted in — send you newsletters about new collections and offers.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share it only where necessary to fulfil an order: with our shipping/courier partners (to deliver your package), Razorpay (to process payment), and our email/SMS providers (to send you order updates).

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep your shopping bag and wishlist working as you browse, and to recognise you as a guest shopper between visits. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our site and hashed password storage.
