Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order, prepaid or COD, free of charge any time before it is dispatched — from My Account → Orders on our website, or by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 94182 95555 with your order ID as soon as possible.
2. Prepaid Order Refunds
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Once Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery (COD), or, for prepaid orders, follow our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy after the item is delivered.
4. Cancellations by Morpankh
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, a pricing/listing error, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address. If we cancel your order, any amount already paid will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days.
