Orders are packed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. From dispatch, delivery takes 4–5 business days to metro cities and within Gujarat, 5–7 business days to the rest of India, and up to 9–10 business days for remote pincodes.
A flat ₹90 shipping charge applies to every order.
We offer size or style exchanges within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags, in its original Morpankh packaging with the invoice. We don't give cash refunds for change of mind, sizing or preference.
Yes — free of charge any time before it is dispatched, from My Account → Orders or by WhatsApp (+91 94182 95555) with your order ID. Prepaid orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Once dispatched, an order can't be cancelled.
